Due to significant and sustained growth in all parts of the business, the B2W Group are seeking to appoint an experienced tutors to work in our expanding Pre-Employment adult learning provision, delivering expert teaching and learning in Digital Contact Centre.
You will be a creative, enthusiastic and inspiring trainer. Working alongside our Head of Pre-Employment Training and the Quality teams, you will develop and deliver the highest level of quality training for our learners.
The role will involve delivering Level 1Digital Contact Centre courses remotely via Microsoft teams and also in a classroom setting where required.
You will strive to deliver an outstanding learning experience on behalf of B2W to learners in preparation for their next steps.

Main duties of Pre-Employment Tutor
You will deliver online training to groups of learners working towards an accredited Digital Contact Centre qualification. After identifying their strengths and weaknesses through initial assessment, you will support them accordingly.
The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods within the online setting and be able to adapt quickly to learners’ needs. As part of this role you must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train learners to help them realise their potential.
As part of the teaching and learning you will be required to assist learners with all aspects of the course and deliver advice and guidance to enable learners to make informed decisions about their future goals. You will follow TLA plans but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing, and motivating training.

If you hold PTLLS/AET or higher, have relevant experience in the digital contact centre environment and hold a level 3 assessors award with L2 literacy and numeracy, then we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of supervisory/managerial level experience in the sector with strong training experience.
