The Role

As a Front of House Co-ordinator, you will provide a professional and customer-focused front of house service in line with our service standards. You will be the main point of contact for all Institution enquiries, visitors, and deliveries and will work within our Facilities team and collaboratively with our Learning and Development team to deliver a comprehensive service to all our customers.

Duties include:

- room booking for staff and clients, utilising our online booking management system (Condeco)
- meeting and greeting visitors and employees
- answering inbound queries via email and our switchboard
- administration: ensuring our data is up to date and kept in line with GDPR
- room set up, including audio visual equipment
- hospitality preparation and service

You will be part of our Facilities team, working 35 hours per a week on a rota system. Shift patterns vary 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm with out of these hours work required on occasion to cover evening and weekend events.

Training will be provided to the successful candidate alongside the opportunity to request further learning and development opportunities to grow within the organisation.

To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:

- Experience supporting the delivery of conference/meeting room services
- Experience meeting and greeting on a front of house corporate reception or similar
- Experience working in line with service standards
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
